The phase consist of reviewing bids, helping in negotiating a construction contract, reviewing shop drawings, reviewing drawl request, and observing the project on site to assure that it is constructed by the contractor per the construction documents and specifications. This process also entails meeting to answering questions from the contractor and the client during the construction process. Often the design process will continue through construction with the client to get architectural millwork detailing, trim, finishes, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, built-ins, and cabinetry just right. This process insures that the intended design and detail desired by the client is executed precisely and that the construction meets the builders contractual agreements and industry standards.
